RE: [IRCA] IBOC on KOJM

99-325 specifically allows IBOC operation from 6AM LT to 6 PM LT. There’s no rule saying IBOC has to go off at local sunset.

One station is in violation of the daytime-only restriction, as far as IBOC is concerned: KFUO 850 Clayton, MO. They keep it on until its authorized sign-off time of one hour after sunset (they sign off at Denver sunset) instead of turning it off at St. Louis sunset. The IBOC sidebands wipe out any chance of hearing KKOW 860 in the St. Louis area.
