I'm looking for advice. Both ZIZ 555 and ZIS 1540
remain on the "most wanted"
list in Central Alabama. Despite numerous attempts,
including many during AU
conditions, I have been unable to log either of
these stations.
They seem to come in quite well across most of the
Eastern US, but
have proven difficult at my QTH. In part, it may be
due to the almost
impossible ability to place any directional antenna
to the South, best
I can manage is an unterminated BOG that will run
due North.
Am I just in a bad spot "skip zone" wise? I've
taken to listening to both
stations real audio streams at work to make myself
familiar with their
programming, announcers, etc. But this is getting
frustrating!
