Hi Doug,

Chuck told me, for some reason Drake was using some cheaper encoders in
R8Bs for a time and they did not last. The new R8Bs, Drake went back to
the better ones. Chuck replaced it, being a tech, but he told me it
wasn't easy. If he had it to do all over he would have sent the receiver
back to Drake.
