Doug,

They do drop power to 93 watts on occasion at LSS, but within an hour or
two they are back to 5 KW. They know what they are doing, but in Gooding
Idaho they feel they wont get caught. I wish they would drop power as
1480 used to be a good frequency, but not anymore. KBMS is rare here at
night.
