[IRCA] Oct 29 - West Coast MW opening --A.M.

The medium-wave dial was alive this morning
as I checked at 1400UTC. Japanese stations
on 747, 774 and 828 were at armchair levels
with hets and audio snippets aplenty at
spots like 702, 738(audio), 783, 846, 873,
945(chinese), 954, 963, 972 (korean),
1143(huge HET) and so on..
Ton's of adj. splatter and over-mod from
statesides and canadians as usual.
