Yes.. and No..
You are more at the mercy of the Aurora Borealis
and every variation in the magnetic field
is most certainly going to be felt at that
location.
On the other hand, during quiet periods, you are
that much closer to Europe, yeah about 1000 miles
closer. All of a sudden, the continental U.S.A
below the Canadian border becomes the DX!
Hmmmm.. tough call -
