Re: [IRCA] WRCG TEST

I'm always uncomfortable when I hear DXers say "I don't understand
Morse code but I caught the Morse code IDs."

A few years back, there was a DX test. By sheer coincidence, during
the test another more widely heard station ran a promo announcement
with some random Morse code in it that just happened to include 3 of
the 4 letters in the testing station's callsign!

16WPM is a bit brisk... but a good recorder will make that problem go
away. I use a Marantz "musician's tape recorder" that has a variable
speed dial and a half speed switch.
