[IRCA] Reminder: WRCG DX test

Hi folks! Don't forget that the WRCG-1420, Columbus, GA DX test is on
tonight from Midnight until 1 AM Eastern. A special QSL card is
offered!

Here is the original info posted by Lynn Hollerman:
