Re: [IRCA] Recording DX

All you need is any vintage PC running
windows (or Mac)
with a sound card.

Line output of Cassette player goes
into Line input of sound card on PC.

Download the windows open-source recorder called
Audacity. There are a myriad of plug-ins
for this utility, including DSP filters!

Save files as WAV and burn to CD.
Viola!

That sounds too simple. Let's make it a little more difficult? I am not using an IBM compatible! I use only Macintosh computers!! Now does it work the same way???

Terry
