Don't know if this will help, but here's the website for Moose Jaw Warriors 
hockey:

Perused the site but they didn't mention their radio network, just that they 
do audio streaming of the games on the Internet with a site to link to to 
listen to the games.

HOWEVER, THERE IS A CONTACT PHONE NO. TO THE TEAM'S FRONT OFFICE, PERHAPS 
ART BLAIR CAN CALL THEM DIRECTLY TO FIND OUT WHO CARRIES THE GAMES ON FM:

I did a search in SK. for any stations on or about 90 FM and found 2:
