[IRCA] TIS / HAR Assistance Needed

        As some of you may know, I'm working on the updated IRCA TIS/HAR 
List. My biggest problem has been the inability to obtain a current list of 
those federal stations who come under the control of the National 
Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). These would be 
stations such as those in National Parks, National Forests, Dept of 
Interior stns, Land Management (BLM) stns, etc. For whatever reason, they 
have not replied to my inquiries, including FOIA requests.

        Does anyone have access to a current list of these stations which 
I can use? OR, if anyone is aware of a requirement to restrict access to 
this information, would you please let me know.
