For those looking for their QSL from WDHP-1620, maybe this is a
sign of things in the mail:
1620 WDHP Virgin Islands, Frederiksted sent full data (paper) QSL
Card via surface in 7 months and 1 day for
English report and mint stamp. Also sent a bumper sticker. A second QSL was
received in 1 month 29 days on the
same day (1 June) for a report on the "relay" of programming from WRRA-1290
(via 1620) for an e-mail report. Both
receptions were after sunset, but power listed as 10 kw.
V/S: appears to be Audrey Browne, though the last name isn't totally readable.
