KWVR indeed has an FM, KWVR-FM on 92.1.  I'd say it
was indeed KWVR that you heard.  Occasionally I hear
them here at night through the 1340 jumble.

Think they do simulcast at least sometimes.  

I've also been to Enterprise before & it is a pretty
little town with the Blue Mountains as a backdrop.
