[IRCA] Re: IRCA CONVENTION

The conventions(s) Bill Block and I hosted, there are several that
always make their plans at the last moment. It has always been that way.
Infact, I did not make my reservations at the Seattle convention in 2002
until about 3 weeks before as Bob was sick, and I did not know if I
would go. Please wait until at least 7/1.
