[HCDX] Shiokaze 9485

TAIWAN 9485, 1301-, Shiokaze Sea Breeze Jul 14 Very good reception with their usual sign-on in English as reported previously by Ron Howard.  'This is Shiokaze, Sea Breeze  from Tokyo Japan....'  Some splatter on lower side, so USB works best by far.  Much better than yesterday.  The same announcement was repeated twice, and then a third time with just the basic ID and then into more detailed story of a particular abductee.  At 13:30 directly into Radio Free Chosun programming. (Salmaniw, Victoria, BC)
