[HCDX] PM-DX



China, 5240, People's Broadcasting Station, Lhasa, 2252-2305 Noted a segment
of Oriental music.  At 2259 a female comments briefly. This is followed with martial
type music. At 0001, a male comments.  Checked listed alternative  freqs and 
found a parallel on 4920 KHz. Signal was poor.  (Chuck Bolland, November 23, 2007)


Bolivia, 4716.67, Radio Yura, 2320-2330  With a female in Spanish comments.  
which continue thru the half hour.  At about 2334 music presented.  The signal
was threshold.  (Chuck Bolland, November 23, 2007)

Peru, 4826.45, Radio Sicuani, 2350-2359  Noted a male in Spanish comments,
followed by local music.  Again the male returns with comments at 2355.  And
again music presented.  Signal was poor.  (Chuck Bolland, November 23, 2007)

Peru, 4857.53, Radio La Hora, 2358-0010,  With a male in conversation with
a second male.  They continue thru the hour, until 0004 when a third male
gives live ID and leads into canned ADs. At 0006 signal drops off without
any warning.  Probably closed down on shortwave only and medium wave

Peru, 4955, Radio Cultural Amauta. 0010-0020,  Initially noted a female in
live Spanish Comments giving ID, "...Cultural Amauta....", then into music.
Signal was good.  (Chuck Bolland, November 24, 2007)

Peru, 4974.72, Radio Del Pacifico, 0015-0020   Can barely hear this signal,
but note a male in Spanish comments underneath the CODAR and natural
noise.  At 0019, music heard.  Signal was threshold.  (Chuck Bolland,

Bolivia, 5996.41, Radio Loyola,(pres) 0023-0035,  Noted a male in steady Spanish comments.
Comments continue thru the listening period, but the signal never got better than
threshold. (Chuck Bolland, November 24, 2007)
