LATVIA   9290  Latvia Today pgm via KREBS  1933-1952*  W 
w/political-sounding tlk, European Rock song, IDs by both M and W pgm 
hosts, then interview w/young man about the job situation in Europe and the 
Baltic states.  1950 short ID jingle by M, then into another Rock 
song.  1954 nice ID and e-mail (info@xxxxxxxxxxx) and mailing addr for QSL; 
"Riga, Latvia, and the Baltic Sea, Latvia Today, a radio magazine...", and 
back to mx.  Pgm off in mid-song at 1959:52, then carrier gone at 
2001.  Best on T2FD and almost nil on the Windom.  Best signal hrd yet but 
still kind of weak and very fady.  (Valko 26 August)
