[HCDX] Russia

Russia, 5940, Radio Rossii, 0955-1010  With all of the splatter and QRM situated around this freq, 
Radio Rossii just fades in periodically with Russian Comments from male and female.  Heard
 time pips on the hour, followed with news presented by a female.  Checked 5920 (blocked), 
7200 (nil) 7320 (threshold) for parallel program with poor results.  Signal on 5940 was

Malaysia., 6049.6, RTM, 1010-1030  With very weak audio, can hear a male in comments.  Signal's
carrier is very good, but as mentioned, the audio is practically non-existent. (Chuck Bolland, August
