"The station "Tallinn Volmet" is "Polosa" with a normal 0,8 kW output power.
The beacon has 3m rod antenna at ca 14m height. The station is used for
broadcasting Tallinn/Ulemiste Airport ATIS information (meteorological data,
runway conditions, etc) on a continuous schedule."
