[HCDX] VOLMET question

Hello all,
This is interesting. 5450 can be heard here on the island of Gotland almost 
always! Just now with really good strength. On the other hand, 11253 was not 
audible at all at the moment. So air waves really jump! What is the power on 
such a VOLMET station?
