[HCDX] Recent logs & correction

**CHINA. 11785, CNR-1, 1130-1150, Sept 15, // 9680, 9780 -
all frequencies with fair to good reception. Local music. This corrects
my previous log of Taiwan on these frequencies. My log of Taiwan 
on these frequencies is actually China- CNR-1. Thanks to Ron

**IRAN. 6205.0, Voice of the Islamic Republic of Iran,  0027-0112*,
Sept 16, New Frequency. Tune-in to lite instrumental music to 0030. 
Open carrier at 0030-0032. Short announcement in unidentified 
language at 0032 & Iranian National Anthem followed by Koran, 
Mid-east type music, & talk. No //s found. Good. Strong.
