[HCDX] English Station

Latvia, 9290, Unident, 1035-1055  Noted a female in English comments.
Audio was too weak to hear details. No comments beyond 1055 to 1159 heard.
After 1100 noted some music also very weak.  (Chuck Bolland, September 15, 2007)

Indonesia, 4869.93, RRI Wamena, 1135-1145  With a weak signal, noted steady pop
