[HCDX] Bolivia

Bolivia, 4761.59, Radio Guanay,(Tentative) 1055-1115  Noted a carrier here prior to 1100,
but barely nothing heard.  Not until 1105 did audio begin to fade in.  Don't know
if it was due to fading in or the station just started broadcasting?  Anyway,
initially noticed a female in Spanish comments, then a male commented briefly.
Sometimes music came through.  Signal was threshold. I have this listed in 
my database as inactive, so this logging has two strikes against it, one it is
threshold and no real details available and it may not be Guanay?    (Chuck Bolland, September 1, 2007)

Peru, 4876.8, Radio La Cruz Del Sur,(pres) 1116-1125  At tune in noted typical pop music.  At 1122 a male comments between music.  Signal was poor.  (Chuck Bolland, September 1, 2007)
