[HCDX] Russia

Russia, 5960, Radiostantsiya Tihkiy Okean, (PRES),0955-1000  Just noticed
Ron Howard's report of RTO changing to winter freq and thought I'd give it a try.
Noted a male and female in Russian Language comments.  This continues until
the hour.  Signal was poor.  (Chuck Bolland, October 29, 2007)  

Russia, 6075, Radio Rossii, (pres)1005-1035  Another weak signal, heard a male
in Russian Language comments.  Thought I could hear a female in there 
too at times.  At about 1026, music presented. At 1032, a male comments
with ID as "Radio Rossii...."  Signal was threshold to poor during period.
