[HCDX] merlin network one

Hello , ik received a station this morning on 15.445 - 6.30 to 0.700 utc
with african music and talks in english with african  accent, talks about
hiv, pregnancy, and learn english for south africans , can this be the
merlin radio network one in dhabayya?, just faded out when i.d came up.
