[HCDX] OT-VHF DX

Hi

Rather off topic, but does someone know if there is a software that decodes
RDS signals from these FM tuners of the Eighties that were not RDS equipped
?

What i wish to find is a decoding software that works with the sound card
from the in-line source and "recognizes" the RDS signal even if the
connected receiver does not have that function.
My tuner is an old Radiola RT353 with a very fine sensibility.
I will try DX when the sporadics happen in the summer.
