I received an E-mail QSL from FR4AW confirming my 475 khz WSPR reception of his radio beacon. Wilfred further states: "The WSPR signal was in fact for me the very first test. I will next be trying 160M with either a helium balloon over the ocean or between two ravine slopes." Broadcast country #187 confirmed.
