Information on the recent HAARP tests was posted just before its beginnings on the EI7GL website. Unfortunately, I was not home for several days so I did not see it . I don't check the HAARP website so I can't comment on the timeliness of the dissemination regarding the tests. It sounds like there wasn't much advance notice, but I could be wrong as my wife often points out.
