hour via USAGM Tinang, as briefly confirmed after 2300. Far too much
is happening at 23-24 UT, not only on SW, but network and local TV

** SPAIN. 17755, Nov 15 at 1916, no signal into UTwente from REE
161-degree frequency for Africa, while the other three are well
audible: 17715, 12030, 9690. HFCC shows one alternative registration
to 17755: 21620 but at 20-24 M-F, 16-20 S/S: but nothing there at 2111
check Fri Nov 16.

Does not fail to air token English Fri Nov 15 at 2300, same 3
frequencies as above; 9690 is VG S9+20/30 direct. ToH music keeps
running thru the timesignal but soon s/on English. Preview feature to
be about the volcanic eruption 3+ years ago in La Palma, Canary
islands, a documentary film has been made about it. 2302 news starting
with aftermath of the Valencia floods. 2309 ending commentary about
*rump and ME policy, apparently by the Lebanon correspondentess. 2310

2350 multi-lingual ID filler reel. 2352 s/off as if it`s the 1330 on
13635: something`s always awry at Ankara. And IS, restarting at 2356
with German IDs: something`s always erroneous at Emirler. Did not
