HCDX
re 15150 / 15160 keyboard glitch of Ourgla, so sorry

Thanks guys for your explanation on this
‘Ourgla 19 mb missing in past summer months’ matter,
and reported wide and positively.

ps. in past years RTA had problems to open their new two SW tx sites Bechar and Ourgla

in order

to get the ‘running password’
for set Algerian shortwave TX frequency changes,

and PROBABLY GOT HELP of FRENCH telecom like TDF ? Issoudun Technicians then,
to switch-on these two TX installations.

Ampegon won the contract in 2015 year.

Two sites erection finalized by the technicians in Oct 2017 to Febr 2018,
but was out of regular service since then,
the whole SW installations mothballed already 4 years,
and tested TX center regularly ‘running Ampegon password door’
on first day July 23, 2022, thanks Mauno report.

15160 noted on Oct 28 at 0645 tune-in until at least 0940
But extremely weak signal most of the time

Today, 15160 at 0820 // 17600

Nothing heard between 0000 and 0600 (9500, 9700, 6040....)

Hi Wolfie,

Regarding Ourgla on 15150 - I think this is a "typo" for 15160 kHz.

I heard Algeria on this frequency again from October 27 and today when I listened around 06:45 UTC.
I will have to check to see if they are on this frequency from 07:00 until 19:00 as per HFCC.

Of course, they are blocking KBS Korean service for Mid East/North Africa on 15160 09:00-10:00 UTC.
I'll let the Koreans know about this again - but will they do anything about this clash? Of course not!
