UNIDENTIFIED. 17665, Oct 15 at 1442, talk by YL in French? dumped off
air for a few seconds as I tune in direct, then back. And nothing at
1518 into UTwente. NOT listed for A24 in HFCC, EiBi or Aoki; nor in
HFCC for B24 - nothing ever on this frequency. However, a few hours
earlier today, Zacharias Liangas with a remote reported "A signal
started on 0657 on 17665 with level -110 dbm"
