heavy flutter. NOT listed here at any hour by Aoki, EiBi, nor HFCC
which has finally been updated Sept 29 after a two-week delay!
Probably EAST TURKISTAN with CNR1, could be jammer if SOH have shifted
up from 15295 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CHINA [non]. 17640, Sept 29 at 0150, CRI English chat, S9/+10 and
// 9580 a few sex delayed via CUBA. 17640 is via Kashi-Saiba, EAST
TURKISTAN, land of imperialist ChiCom genocide against Uyghurs and

** CUBA. 6000, Sept 29 at 0138, RHC S9+30/40 but so suptorted I can`t
be sure it`s in English. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn

** CUBA. 15230, Sept 29 at 0148, RHC S9+10 but very suptorted only
audible at Spanish modulation peaks. Something`s always wrong at RHC.

** NEW ZEALAND. 13690, Sun Sept 29 at 0717 and S9+10/20 at 1037
recheck, RNZP still on here instead of 9700. There has been yet
another schedshuffle. Per

13690 at 0659-1258 daily and 9700 at 1059-1258 M-F, i.e. both on the
air during that bihour: we shall see. DST has just started in NZ,
imagining local time UT+13 yet still west of the dateline, which means
most programming especially when live from domestic RNZ, has to appear
one real UT hour earlier until April; such as, `Mediawatch` UT Sat
2006-2036 on 15720, Sun 0910-0954 on 13690. Its exact duration is

** OKLAHOMA. RF 27, Sept 29 at 0332 UT, KFOR-TV joins the season
première and 50th anniversary show of `Saturday Night Live` THREE
MINUTES LATE, assuming NBC still starts it at 0329 not 0330, JIP the
opening skit which is often the best part of the show, downhill from
there, except for Weekend Update circa 0420. News was over by 0329 but
then crammed in several local commercials and News Nation promo from
their corporate masters! Will have to try to find the full opening
somewhere later. I sent this on their contact form:

``It looks like you cut off the first 3 minutes of SNL which NBC has
been starting at 10:29 and I don`t think there was any sports delay
tonight. Of all things, this was their season premiere and 50th
anniversary show. You should apologize and play it from the start
during a newscast on Sunday. IF I am wrong, I apologize, as it`s hard
to be sure what we have NOT been able to see, but the opening skit
appeared to be in progress when you cut to NBC at 10:32, after

** PHILIPPINES. 9405, Sept 29 at 1444, Korean at S7/S9, the SSOB
except for 9980 WWCR. This hour is VOA via Tinang, the 21 degree beam
carrying right on into us (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** SAUDI ARABIA [non]. 11936+, Sept 29 at 1447, chirping at S5 direct,
presumed IRAN jamming SA`s inaudible Republic of Yemen Radio (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2262 monitoring. WTWW 9475 still
off the air at 2300 UT Saturday September 28 - but cuts on at *2302,
not with WOR but Scriptures for America. Modulation level up and down
with breaks, and chop off at 2307* - so just as well did not attempt
WOR, still having problems with this transmitter.

Confirmed UT Sunday September 29 at 0020 the 0000 on WRMI 9955,
S9+10/22 into Missouri SDR; no jamming audible nor has there been for
a while during WORs on 9955.

Also confirmed UT Sunday September 29 at 0320 on WA0RCR, 1860 AM, MO,
S9+15/20 into nearby SDR, about 3 minutes into so started circa 0317
the 0315v, close. Next:

Not confirmed Sunday September 29 the listed 1030 on WRMI 9955; check
at 1038 hears TOMBS instead. Maybe is on stream?

Spanish no longer heard before 0700 nor Polish Radio in English after

** UZBEKISTAN. 15475-, Sept 29 at 1450, JBA carrier offset minus but
not measured, typical for Tashkent site, as Furusato no Kaze is
scheduled - and reminding us that LRA36 continues to be absent from
15475.98 RCUSB. Now that spring has sprung in Antarctica, it`s about
time to get it going again with that long-expected new transmitter

UNIDENTIFIED. 4763.64 USB, 2-way in Spanish, which would not be here
if R. Progreso still existed on 4765 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 18995, Sept 29 at 0151, S9 open carrier, OSOB. Nothing
listed, in little-used SWBC band except by SOH and ChiCom jammers,
maybe something related to that. Often have carriers elsewhere on band
