roundabout via UZBEKISTAN, Tashkent characteristically skewed frequency,
for Korea North. RNASG is scheduled Fri at 12-15 and Tue at 13-15, as I have
warned about a collision. No time now, too late to check if there be 
blockage

into Europe or South America.
