Hauser
Typo on header of previous report: April 4, 2024, not 2023

** CANADA. 15034 USB, April 5 at 1527, Trenton Military, ``no report
received`` several in a row. Other random acrosstunes lately, also
6754 USB at night, hit nothing received. Is it completely unfunxional
yet again? (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 5025, April 5 at 0709, S9+40 of dead air in Spanish; thus
can`t be positive whether it`s not R. Rebelde, not RHC, or even not
Habana Radio. Something`s always wrong at RadioCuba (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR)

** KUWAIT. 15540, April 5 at 1820, checking for the alleged 18-21 UT
English from R. Kuwait: NO signal, AM nor DRM, into Kuwait SDR;
UTwente seems to have an S7 open carrier with het, synchlocking onto
15540.129, who knows what (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** MALI. 5995, April 5 at 0711, no signal from ORTM, not even noise
blob (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** SPAIN. 17855, Friday April 5 at 2200, token English from SNR,
S9+20/40 direct, feature preview to be about World Health Day, but I
don`t have time to listen (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** TAJIKISTAN [and non]. 13809.917, April 5 at 1532, two stations
mixing making low audible heterodyne. Per Aoki A24, RFA Chinese via
Dushanbe at 15-17, but which one is the jammer? Into UTwente at 1647
same horrible mix but synchlox onto frequency as measured above.
Jammer off at 1700* after CNR1 timesignal, victim off a few seconds
later (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** TURKEY. 17815, April 5 at 1525, S9/+20 in Turkish, the SSOB >
17790, 17600. TRT now sked 13-16, 500 kW, 310 degrees for W Europe but
also USward (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** TURKEY. 11785.009, April 5 at 2200, VOT English S9+20/30 direct but
vs high local line noise level. At 2232 I`m on UTwente when measured,
S9+40, `Turkish Folk Tale` with a moral about doing good. 2237 music.
2241 `That`s Why`, the badax about greeting each other, salaam, music.
2250 multi-lingual ID filler reel. 2252 s/off, 2253 IS to 2255* (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. Line noise level abated somewhat on SW, but still severe on
MW and worst on LW; yet a couple are JBA from the periphery, April 5
at 0701 UT, 305 kHz RO, ROswell NM; and 326 kHz, MA, MidlAnd TX; both
400 watts per RNA Signals List (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2237 monitoring: Confirmed Friday
April 5 at 2030 on IRRS via AM Italia, 1323 kHz, S8/S9 into UTwente,
with some ACI from 1314. Since this was off the air last week, I was
concerned so checked earlier at 1830 when it was on with timesignal,
IRRS ID and Feature Story News. Also before 2030 it was AWR
`Wavescan`.

Also confirmed first SW airing, Friday April 5 at 2200 on WRMI 9955,
under S9+20 line noise level direct.

Confirmed new time of Friday April 5 at 2230 on SW Radio, Germany,
3975.002, S9+10 into UTwente - except last week`s #2236 was still
replaying. I hope they will get the new one on ASAP henceforth. Next:

** U S A. WBCQ pre-AAAWWW check April 5 at 2350, into NH SDR: 3265
off. 5130.207 S7/S9 ATATT. 6159.930 S9/+10 TOMBS. 7489.945 S9+20 FKB.
9330.000 S9+20/35 WLCR. 0000 UT Sat April 5, 5 & 7 go to `AAAWWW` so I
listen on 5130.207; A&A are both in Studio 1, Monticello. First 40
minutes or so all about the total solar eclipse; they are excited
because WBCQ is right in the path of totality. Then about nutrition,
from French fries to vegies. 0052 music. 0054 taking emails. Amazing
absence of delusional politix for a change. 0059 prayer running into
Hal Turner time as usual, JIP about a semiminute late (Glenn Hauser,
OK, WOR)

This report dispatched at 0112 UT April 6
