started today at 17.00:19 UT as special Russia / Ukraine war Cuban Latinos 
species

special  OCB  R Marti towards Eastern Europe,
not that Cuba program content on 13605 kHz at same 17 UT time slot.
No request for the Greenville-B site outlet towards EUR found on public file 
on 17690 kHz  yet.
Seems data at Double Veiled character though,
ex 17680 kHz 17 – 21 UT in A24 season.

to clear that UNID 17690 kHz yesterday April 2nd,
yesterday was terrible rough audio with mixture of the two feeds –
at Greenville-B site
or
on feed from Miami to Greenville-NC,
people talked always from Cuba and heard also R Marti Mixture.
But Marti program was different (!!)
of R Marti on 11860, 11930 nor 13605 kHz at same time.

I was wondering if 17690 was a typo - new frequency? Has not been anywhere 
on 16m for years. I saw that report once and then could not find it again.
