SPAIN. 17855, March 31 at 2209 direct, NO signal from REE`s A24 NAm
frequency. It was on this morning. No English on Sunday, but better be
back by Monday 2200. Then checking Maryland SDR: 17855 off; 15520 ME
VG off the back S7/S9+5; much weaker on 15390, 17715. And yes, 9690 of
B23 is not on either.
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

SPAIN. 17715.13 approx., Mon Apr 1 at 1758, VP signal here, 1759
the REE IS JBA as S American beam to start at 1800 weekdays. By 1820
it`s closer to 17715.00. But still *no* signal on 17855 for N America!
One transmitter OFF; or on some unfound extraneous frequency? That
leaves 15520 our best chance backwards from ME beam. At 1825, UTwente
finds VG S9+20 17715.013; VG S9+15/20 15520.001; G S9+10 15389.992; NO
17855, nor possibly typoed 17885.

Mon April 1 at 2200 direct, still no 17855 for the first English
broadcast of the season! We could make do with 15520 to ME off the
back, S9+10/20 but noisy where the topic previewed is women in Spain
in engineering. 17715 for SAm is S9/+10 but fluttery and echoey. 15390
for Africa JBA. At 2215 I measure on the R75 without a correxion
factor: 17715.047; ASAP via UTwente at 2228, S6/S7 in Synch displays
17715.012 --- so at 17+ MHz, my rx reads 35 Hz high.
