HLL2 Seoul Meteorological Radio, on 5855.5 kHz. (ex: 5857.5), with new frequency/schedule/format
Saturday, March 23 2024

HCDX
Hi,

Further to my monitoring last night, another look this morning at 2245
confirmed continued operation on this new channel. There does seem to be
some variation in the languages used and the order used. For example, at
2245, I heard Korean and what seemed to be an extended English weather
report. But these were not followed by Japanese or Mandarin reports - just
lots of unmodulated carrier. until I stopped monitoring past 2315. Strange.
March 21 (UTC time).
