** U S A. 9955, March 7 at 2025, S5/S7 open carrier when WRMI is
supposed to be off; surprised at 2052 to hear their IS & ID loop
run-up to start at ``top of the hour`; and 2100 into `La Rosa de
Tokio`, the media program from Argentina which has nothing to do every
week with Tokyo Rose, now a good signal into Maryland SDR. Had not
been resuming until 2200 as still shown on skedgrid, and indeed `LRT`
is scheduled on `internet only` Thu at 2100. If this keep up, WORLD OF
RADIO will also get more 9955 airings, Fri 2130 & Sun 2100 -- except,
from Sun Mar 10 with EDT all programming expected to shift one UT hour
earlier - but what about the frequency times?? If it`s still *2100,
WOR will again be at 2030 & 2000 before SW is back on.

BTW, Jeff indicates he`s not going to repair the missing Tuesdays and
Xmtr 2 columns on the grid till it`s completely revamped for DST by
March 10 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 1555.1, March 7 at 0347 UT, JBA carrier direct, but
cannot detect at UTwente, Maryland or Missouri SDRs. Could be real
spur of NAm station, or internal birdie on the NRD545; too far to be a
likely variant from a TA 1557. Or Cayman Islands reactivated? Hi
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 17694.5, March 7 at 2025, S3/S6 open carrier with fades
as if it`s really propagating rather than a birdie from a local
device. What could it be? Would you believe HFCC & EiBi show nothing
ever on 17695? Aoki has nothing but 06-07 jamming and RFA Tibetan via
Biblis (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

This report dispatched at 0303 UT March 8
