11730  seems as  Tibetan from RFA?  There is some QRM from China but is not heard -65dbm for both
13600  R Farda 1353  YL with nice voice talking in Farsi Bubble sounds under -57dbm 25 SNR noted
13610 unnoticed for that time CNR or CRI ,  with adverts and talks by YL before the TOH on 14z -70dbm locally , is heard better with the same level on TWR Cyprus  S off 1400 before the ID time was noted
13655   CNR noting on Anhui 1400 z , 2.75 kHz wide -53dbm it is noted as jammer against RFA Tibetan
13635 TRT ?  1405  With  news in English with -65dbm signal  and highly trebled sound   Sudden fade by 30+ db down but the reverted back to its good signal “Weekly commentaries”  program ID on 1407 . music program starts after  with Turkish songs.  
9330  if this I WBCQ it is still heard with -65/80dbm signal on 1413
9910 TWR  in Uighur 1420  with surely religious program -62dbm Quite different to what head from China….
15690 Farda 1436  talks by YL 14db SNR
15700  WR on 1429  with nice signal on -68dbm 12SNR with the typical Cafroribeean music Audio bandwidth seems to be not more than 2.5 kHZ !
15710 AWR in Chinese 1434  with religious talks
17550  with religious program  and overloaded  audio making sound squash
