Precisely... their website is just as confusing , to say the least! But it does give us
a way to get the exact times, days of the week ,frequencies and target areas.
Translating it from Spanish works fairly well , at least for our purposes.
Their schedules are very flexible, by the way!

At 1830 17755 goes back to Spanish, while 12030 continues in Portuguese.

I'm trying to figure out the foreign language services of REE and their timeslots;
short-wave.info offers some days when they are on i e 9690 at 2300 has English
on 2/4/6 (M/W/F), but the chart fails to show languages aired at those times.
