Heard on Perseus SDR units at Hiroshima Akitakata and Edmonton-Alb_CAN remotedly. is this a Voice of Mongolia Far East Asian m o r n i n g outlet 30 mins, in Mongolian or Kazakh foreign language like sound ? ? Or is this a rented 'Target Radio' sce in Kazakh like language from CRRT RRTM Telecom Tashkent Uzbekistan Shortwave Transmitting bcast center site. Hadn't thought to measure the fqy of this one until today, thanks to a prompt online. Thanks, turns out that was right, this one IS. running considerably low.
