via WBCQ in the clear after years of collisions on alternate nights.

be sufficient if not for the local noise bursts to S9+40. Then
S9+20/30 into UTwente where measured, 2353 in canned signoff with
all-wrong local times labeled UTC, 2354 IS. Something`s always awry at
Ankara. 2356 restart IS with German ID, chopoff by 2356.6*. Strangely,
uncovers only a trace of algo rather than the usual fCCCCCCI from East
Turkistan (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2217 monitoring: confirmed UT
Tuesday November 21 at 0030 on WRMI 9395, S9/+20 direct; starts right
after music fill, no ID break. Also confirmed UT Tuesday November 21 at 0330 on WRMI 7780, S5 into
Brownsville SDR; S7/S8 into Bonaire. Also confirmed Tuesday November 21 at 1400 on WRMI 9955, S9 direct.
