Logs
** ALASKA. 3250, November 5 at 0416, upward tones repeating. Walt
Salmaniw says it`s HAARP testing again. I`m getting this via one of
Don Moman`s SDRs in Lamont AB; H2Ofall shows mush up to 3400, the only
two discrete signal lines JBV at 3215 WWCR, better 3330 CHU (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** ANTARCTICA. 15475.98 RC USB, by UT Sunday November 5 at 0010, LRA36
is off, no signal to Argentine remote; having as in last report,
``re-signed-on`` at 2326 Nov 4 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** BOTSWANA. 9775, Nov 5 at 0314, rock music at S9+10/20 vs high line
noise level about the same. It`s VOA English at 03-05. VOA spends
entirely too much time playing music rather than info/news (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** ROMANIA [and non]. 11930, Nov 5 at 0650, RRI English back up to VG
S9+20/25 atop extraneous Cuban pulse jamming (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2215 monitoring: confirmed UT
Sunday November 5 at 0000 on WRMI 9955, atop jamming into Missouri
SDR. From next week to be at 0100.

Also confirmed UT Sunday November 5 at 0355 about 15 minutes into, so
started circa 0340, WA0RCR, 1860 AM, S9+18 into nearby MO SDR. From
next week nominal time 0415 but could start as early as 0330.

Also confirmed Sunday November 5 at 1151 the 1130 on WRMI 9955, S9+35
direct when I happen to awaken, ex-1030 in A-season. Next:

2100 UT Sunday IRRS 1323 & 918? & 207?-Italy [ex-2000]
0030 UT Monday WRMI 7780 to SW [irregular?]
0400vUT Monday WBCQ Area 51 6160v to WSW
0130 UT Tuesday WRMI 9395 to NNW [irregular?]
0330 UT Tuesday WRMI 7780 to SW
1400 UT Tuesday WRMI 9955 to SSE [also web-, phonecast; jammed?]
0030 UT Wednesday WRMI 9395 to NNW
1000 UT Wednesday Unique R, NSW 5035-USB
1030 UT Wednesday Unique R, NSW 5035-USB [previous #2214]
2200 UT Wednesday WBCQ 7490v to WSW
0130 UT Thursday WRMI 9395 to NNW
0130 UT Thursday WRMI 5010 to S
0230 UT Thursday WRMI 9395 to NNW

Thanks this week to Fred Schroyer, Waynesburg PA for making a good
deal on a needed almost new Icom ICR-75 receiver.

One may also contribute by MO or check on a US bank to:
Glenn Hauser, P O Box 1684, Enid OK 73702

Or via PayPal not necessarily in US funds to
woradio at yahoo.com (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. 7505, Nov 5 at 0318, S9 open carrier, presumably WRNO which
has been AWOL lately but would it expect it to be stronger; only other
7505 is R. Farda, but nowhen near this time (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. 1682.7 & 1637.3 approx., Nov 5 at 0306 UT, spurblobs from
1660 WTOU Kalamazoo are still there as heard direct; while 1660 itself
is primarily occupied here by KWOD Kansas City KS (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 408 kHz, Nov 5 at 0311, JBA carrier detected here, most
likely JDM, 25 watts at Colby/Wheatfield, NW corner of KS, as the only
two others are in WA & AB. Only NDB I can detect vs line noise level,
except from OK 341 EI and 515 PN. At least the storm noise level has
dropped. Normally would detect 407, 25 watt HRU Herington KS, closer
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 7828 USB, Nov 5 at 0319, pulsing, echoing tones are
back. Doug White previously suggested this could be experimental HF
Trading station WM2XZV, Batavia IL (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

This report dispatched at 1944 UT November 5
