HCDX

So Arnie told you explicitly that it was only because of the cost that RHC did not participate in HFCC, not for political reasons? Glenn

That's not true, Glenn.

HFCC is a like-private non-UNO association of broadcasting organisations,
including private religious shortwave stations members,
for request tuning of broadcast channels with extensive freedom from interference,
twice a year,
and required annual membership fees on a foreign exchange money basis.

The socialist country of Cuba cannot afford this bussiness.

Instead, like Cuba goes the world-wide government-based way of its membership
in the UNO / ITU Geneva, Switzerland. And their data base tables there.

Since the days of late Prof. Arnaldo Coro Antich_CO2KK of Radio Habana Cuba broadcaster

I`ve looked at the B23.
Bookmark this for an important alternative frequency reference -
Advantage: includes some boycotters of HFCC such as RHC - but everything is HABana without showing which of 3 sites
Disadvantage: by-the-rules, does not list ``out of band`` info, with following gaps:

-5905 nothing lower
7445-9405
9845-11605 [yet misses 11620 Maldives non]
12095-13580
13865-15105 [and yet misses 13845 WWCR]
15785-17490

Frequencies above are the last ones on the edges which have any entries
