PARIS, FRANCE: Voice of Vietnam, Russian language broadcast.
Hrard right now (1653 UT) on 11885
Rather good signal, my PL-330 says 40 dBu

Nothing on 7220 but that's not a frequency I usally catch them on now and
here.
