Target Radio on 11620 kHz shortwave 25 meterband ?why these question marks already and y e t ?
It disappoints me already,
that this target radio service oulet,
11620 kHz
has not yet led to a clear transmitter centre assignment YET.
Why can't DXers of professional performance
in South Asia, Japan, Korea, Pacific and Australia, New Zealand
make a true DIRECTION FINDING assignment of this transmission ?

And anything next to India seems tiny by comparison. S9/+20 as usual here on
the opposite worldside, making the ``Uzbekistan`` nominal site unbelievable;
