re 5025 kHz Rebelde

My strong guess,
5025 kHz was coming now at present
from Bejucal 2 x 50 kW site instead lately,

because of the un-usual oddity of fq accuracy mostly outlet on lower sideband
approx. 5024.994 ... kHz.

Seemingly some of the Bauta site antennas
or main power availibility is difficult or even much bad,
since the past hurrican season ! ? .

At present only the five 250 kW Quivican outlets are in good service condition.

Just like you, on April 27, no Cuba (5025) heard at 0728, 0748, 0808 and 0844 UT.

April 28, I did in fact hear good reception of Cuba, on 5025, as early as 0454 UT.
