Maybe: R Free Asia, only station with a BR broadcast at 0100-0130, listed in EiBi only on 15700 via Tinian.

Unless you are sure it`s not Burmese.

Long talk by a female presenter from 0106Z, still going when I tuned out, with music intermittently underneath. The transmitter hum that's present makes me wonder if this could be Voice of Turkey on an unscheduled frequency. Anyone have any idea who this could be?
