Yes, once I heard a broadcast in Urdu on e frequency 9885 kHz, also once for several months there was a program in Urdu at a frequency of 15120 kHz instead of broadcasting in Bengali. Low modulation was also often at 9695 kHz during broadcasts to Pashto, with bad sound quality also in broadcasting over the Internet .
