I've my doubts about the TDF Issodun relay use now, but heard both outlets
on
11540 kHz channel, in western/central Europe, Greece, Doha Qatar and Delhi
India remotedly.

Much annoying 131 HERTZ BUZZ tone fq distance interference QRM:

11539.878 kHz with usual RRTM Telecom Tashkent Uzbekistan Shortwave
          Transmitting bcast center frequency deviation, and
          TRT Emirler pres Erdogan program jammer on
11540.009 kHz on the upper flank of the channel.

BULGARIA  11600even  TOM BS US ministry prayer program again back
at same time slot on SPC-NURTS Spaceline Ltd. Sofia Kostinbrod Bulgaria
relay site, scheduled in hfcc.org database at 05-08 UT.

Today Dengê Welat is on nominal 11530, exact carrier frequency 11529.88 kHz.
The TRT music jammer stayed on 11540, banging away alone until cutting off
at 1534 and not reappearing on the new frequency of its victim.

At the same time again Stair sect programming on 9400, so presumably
Kostinbrod back in operation but, at least for now, not with its Kurdish
customer anymore. So it remains to be seen as well if the BBC will move its
transmissions, of which at least some are at present on Woofferton aux, back
or not.
